Damside Student Living

Form Interior were asked to design something bold and new for student living in Lancaster. This 79 flat luxury accommodation in the city centre is of the highest quality, featuring bespoke reception counter, seating pods, gaming pods, sleek modern kitchens and a cosy lounge. All fixtures and finishes were designed and specified to withstand heavy use but never compromising the wow-factor that makes the students excited to be living here. This project called for one-off original artworks and made to measure furniture. Each student has their own flat with an en-suite shower & WC, a mini kitchen, double bed and study. The bedroom furniture was designed to maximise storage whilst creating sleek modern living spaces of a standard that sets it apart from other accommodation in the area. Opened in September 2015 all flats were fully let in the first term.
