Primus Property Group are developers of luxury Student Accommodation, Edge is their brand new 159 bedroom site in Leicester. To complement the polished concrete flooring and fabulous double height space in the ground floor area the client wanted a blast of bold urban styling to create it's own personality. Bespoke soft seating in bold mix and match patterns and one-off hand screen printed tables give the scheme something truly unique, the brave black interactive artwork is ready for the students to draw on as they please with dry-wipe markers. Stepping away from the corporate branding found in many receptions Form Interior designed a neon sign simply saying 'You are here' - the students know they have arrived once they enter this reception.
