Primus Northgate Point Student Living

Primus Property Group are developers of luxury Student Accommodation, Northgate Point is their brand new 121 bedroom site in Chester. Bold urban styling was developed to create personality for the Primus brand. Curved banquette seating creates a social mood in this reception with metal cage pendant light fittings adding to the industrial elements. Hand sign-written zigzag pattern was applied to the concrete column to match with the one-off hand screen printed tables giving the scheme something truly unique. The brave black interactive artwork is in daily use by the students to draw on as they please with dry-wipe markers. Bespoke soft seating in bold mix and match patterns and reclaimed timber bench seating give the common room a friendly feel. Stepping away from the corporate branding found in many receptions Form Interior designed a neon sign simply saying 'You are here' - the students know they have arrived once they enter this reception.
